Each round shade which surrounds the E14 lampholders of the Vivienne collection is formed from high quality clear crystal pieces. With a substantial size, the rectangular shape crystals have a crossed cut that projects a more three dimensional visual. When illuminated by the chosen lamps being used the crystal refracts the light in a dazzling halo of ambience. The sleek upwardly curved arms which support the lampholders are embellished with beautiful crystal sconces. All of the pendants, ceiling lights and complementing wall lamps available within the Vivienne range can be selected with a polished nickel or french gold colour finish.

Delivery Charges
For UK Mainland orders under £99.00, delivery costs £6.95. Orders over £99.00 qualify for free delivery. For Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight, delivery costs £24.95.

Delivery Schedule
Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days. Made-to-order products may have a lead time of 10-14 days. We deliver via DPD 24-hour service, Monday – Friday, and require a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you with estimated delivery times, and you may amend or cancel the order if preferred.

Returns and Faults Policy
We offer a 14-day no quibble money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been installed or modified and must be returned in its original packaging. Report any damages within 48 hours.

Return Process
To initiate a return, complete the returns form (download link). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an outer box. Any items returned without proper packaging will not be refunded. Following receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days for any faults found.

Note: Damaged goods will be collected at our expense. Unsuitable items must be returned at customer's expense. Please retain proof of postage.
