Is named after the inspiration of its design, Willow reflects the organic elements of twining branches and leaves with its winding metal framework and tear drop crystals. Each lampholder is further enhanced with an elegant crystal sconce. The pendants can easily be converted to a semi flush ceiling version.  Perfectly complimenting shades are also available for the whole range in a White or Cream option.

Delivery Schedule
Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days. Made-to-order products may have a lead time of 10-14 days. We deliver via DPD 24-hour service, Monday – Friday, and require a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you with estimated delivery times, and you may amend or cancel the order if preferred.

Returns and Faults Policy
We offer a 14-day no quibble money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been installed or modified and must be returned in its original packaging. Report any damages within 48 hours.

Return Process
To initiate a return, complete the returns form (download link). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an outer box. Any items returned without proper packaging will not be refunded. Following receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days for any faults found.

Note: Damaged goods will be collected at our expense. Unsuitable items must be returned at customer's expense. Please retain proof of postage.
