IL31431 Sophia pendant 17 light polished chrome/crystal. Sophia is a remarkable statement piece introducing a new crystal cut and an intriguing feature to the Diyas collection. Like most crystal pendants Sophia disguises E14 lampholders within its descending crystal pyramid, composed of new crystal cut drops, beginning from a substantial, central chrome plate ring. However Sophia also boasts a unique style of light emanation by adding lampholders to the centre column of the fitting, intelligently disguised behind strands of crystal buttons gliding from the upper polished chrome ring to the central piece, providing an increased release of illumination and crystalline spectrums. With a maximum E14 wattage of 60W and low energy compatibility, this pair of 13 and 17 light chandeliers is the perfect solution to provide ample light in your chosen setting.

For UK Mainland orders under £99.00, delivery costs £6.95. Orders over £99.00 qualify for free delivery. For Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight, delivery costs £24.95.

Delivery Schedule
Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days. Made-to-order products may have a lead time of 10-14 days. We deliver via DPD 24-hour service, Monday – Friday, and require a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you with estimated delivery times, and you may amend or cancel the order if preferred.

Returns and Faults Policy

Return Process
To initiate a return, complete the returns form (download link). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an outer box. Any items returned without proper packaging will not be refunded. Following receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days for any faults found.

Note: Damaged goods will be collected at our expense. Unsuitable items must be returned at customer's expense. Please retain proof of postage.
