A versatile range, the elegant Olivia is completely handmade and hand finished. All ceiling and wall models are designed to accept glass as an option and the ceiling versions incorporate the flush convert system, enabling easy adaptation from chain to semi-flush. Designed and manufactured by Elstead and available in Ivory/Gold or Black/Gold finishes.

Delivery Charges
For UK Mainland orders under £99.00, delivery costs £6.95. Orders over £99.00 qualify for free delivery. For Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight, delivery costs £24.95.

Delivery Schedule
Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days. Made-to-order products may have a lead time of 10-14 days. We deliver via DPD 24-hour service, Monday – Friday, and require a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you with estimated delivery times, and you may amend or cancel the order if preferred.

Returns and Faults Policy
We offer a 14-day no quibble money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been installed or modified and must be returned in its original packaging. Report any damages within 48 hours.

Return Process
To initiate a return, complete the returns form (download link). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an outer box. Any items returned without proper packaging will not be refunded. Following receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days for any faults found.

Note: Damaged goods will be collected at our expense. Unsuitable items must be returned at customer's expense. Please retain proof of postage.
