Sophie is a classic lighting proposal that provides aesthetic harmony in the form of a comprehensive chandelier collection. This traditional style is amplified in the silver and gold painted colour finishes, flared ceiling cups and sleek curved arms. The range embraces more modern aspects in the form of the intricate crystalized cut glass and hanging crystal tear drops, amber tinted on the gold frames and clear on the silver. The small fabric shades are designed to best suit the colour finish of the lights, modern white organza shades are included with each silver painted light, whilst the gold painted finish is paired with a more traditional pleated cream silk shade. Light from the E14 lampholders is filtered through the shades in a placid and elegant way, stunningly refracting on the crystal drops. Delivery Schedule
Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days. Made-to-order products may have a lead time of 10-14 days. We deliver via DPD 24-hour service, Monday – Friday, and require a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you with estimated delivery times, and you may amend or cancel the order if preferred.

Returns and Faults Policy
We offer a 14-day no quibble money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been installed or modified and must be returned in its original packaging. Report any damages within 48 hours.

Return Process
To initiate a return, complete the returns form (download link). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an outer box. Any items returned without proper packaging will not be refunded. Following receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days for any faults found.

Note: Damaged goods will be collected at our expense. Unsuitable items must be returned at customer's expense. Please retain proof of postage.
