Tsunami's main design aspects are the spiral forms which host the integral 3000K LEDs, composed of a smooth, wide surface acrylic diffuser and sand white frame. The helical shapes reminiscent of rolling oceanic waves are applied in varying numbers to each lighting fixture, including a square ceiling, linear pendant, floor, two table and three wall lamps. For UK Mainland orders under £99.00, delivery costs £6.95. Orders over £99.00 qualify for free delivery. For Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight, delivery costs £24.95.

Delivery Schedule
Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days. Made-to-order products may have a lead time of 10-14 days. We deliver via DPD 24-hour service, Monday – Friday, and require a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you with estimated delivery times, and you may amend or cancel the order if preferred.

Returns and Faults Policy

Return Process
To initiate a return, complete the returns form (download link). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an outer box. Any items returned without proper packaging will not be refunded. Following receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days for any faults found.
