The flowing twist of Lena's smoke tinted mouth blown glass creates a striking visual with the Polished Nickel metalwork. It has Elstead's "Dual-Lit" system, a 3-way switch to light both the shade and the base. The shades are made in the UK with satin smooth fabric and matt silver laminate lining. LSUK051

Delivery Schedule
Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days. Made-to-order products may have a lead time of 10-14 days. We deliver via DPD 24-hour service, Monday – Friday, and require a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you with estimated delivery times, and you may amend or cancel the order if preferred.

Returns and Faults Policy

Return Process
To initiate a return, complete the returns form (download link). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an outer box. Any items returned without proper packaging will not be refunded. Following receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days for any faults found.

Note: Damaged goods will be collected at our expense. Unsuitable items must be returned at customer's expense. Please retain proof of postage.
