Cool is a generously proportioned lighting and illuminated furniture collection with smooth, pleasant forms which expands its light in a harmonious and effective way. The diffusers are produced from high grade polyethylene and mounted on a white epoxy finish metalwork. As the fixtures are manufactured to an IP65 rating, it facilitates the installation in an indoor or suitable outdoor location. The table lamp concept is exceptional as there is illumination in both the lower and upper part of the fixture. Within the collection is a portable rechargeable stool that is stunning and effective for an ambient effect. Cool perfectly blends into your ideal atmosphere.

Please note, all exterior products are covered by a guarantee, however this does not apply to any that are installed within 5 miles of the coast or in a high salt environment.

Delivery Charges
For UK Mainland orders under £99.00, delivery costs £6.95. Orders over £99.00 qualify for free delivery. For Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight, delivery costs £24.95.

Delivery Schedule
Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days. Made-to-order products may have a lead time of 10-14 days. We deliver via DPD 24-hour service, Monday – Friday, and require a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you with estimated delivery times, and you may amend or cancel the order if preferred.

Returns and Faults Policy
We offer a 14-day no quibble money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been installed or modified and must be returned in its original packaging. Report any damages within 48 hours.

Return Process
To initiate a return, complete the returns form (download link). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an outer box. Any items returned without proper packaging will not be refunded. Following receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days for any faults found.

Note: Damaged goods will be collected at our expense. Unsuitable items must be returned at customer's expense. Please retain proof of postage.
